Yoga for Glowing Skin

Energy Day Spa recently hosted Yoga for Glowing Skin with Anna Kaster – the second session of free workshops conducted by Anna herself.

It’s no secret that yoga practitioners and instructors have the flexibility and calm vibe we all strive for. But it might not be so obvious that their regular dedication to yoga gives them radiant skin. Practicing yoga on a regular basis can transform your skin in two ways. It reduces your stress levels – which when high can cause havoc on your skin. Secondly, it helps to increase circulation and detoxify your body through sweating, breathing techniques, and poses.

The session is a part of the Free Yoga Workshop series, the collaboration between Energy Wellness Group and Anna Kaster to introduce yoga in a more holistic approach. If you prefer a small, community studio feel, yoga with Anna Kaster has it. Her classes max out at 10 students, giving ample personal attention. Anna’s not the kind to just call out poses either. She’s an inspiring mentor who offers coaching that makes you turn your gaze inward.
