It’s closing in to the fourth quarter of 2018, but that’s no excuse to not to keep your New Year’s fitness resolution. Often, the hardest part of starting an exercise regimen is just that: starting. The trick to getting fit and staying that way is finding the right exercise for you. At Energy, we believe in wholesome lifestyle choices, which is why we are more than a conventional spa. We have taken it upon ourselves to provide wellness initiatives beyond relaxing spa treatments and healing therapies. We are here to provide you with fitness choices to help create the harmony and balance within yourself. Explore Energy’s fitness classes to jumpstart your wellness journey.

 

Every body benefits from Pilates

Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates, is a low-impact exercise that helps with strength, endurance, flexibility, and, not to mention, flat abs. Don’t let the props, accessories, and machines scare you; they are there to ensure correct muscle engagement.  At Energy our Pilates Studio is private and fully equipped with all the machines. There are packaged sessions or single sessions that are one-on-one to focus on each individuals needs,  with our experienced instructors, you can select one who matches your personal workout style.

 

Mindfulness with Yoga

Yoga brings about union of breath, mind, and body, involving a series of postures, or asanas to stretch out tense muscles, practice deep breathing, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Energy welcomes people of all fitness levels, from beginners through to advanced, so don’t worry about having experience with yoga positions. Grab your water bottle, pull on those super comfy pants, and hit the mat. Mindfully, of course. We offer private sessions as well as Group classes.

 

Individualized programs with Personal Training

Get the most out of your fitness routine in a one-on-one workout session with a trainer. Energy offers a more comprehensive fitness program catered to your needs and goals. From weight training to cardiovascular exercises to fitness advice, personal training will allow you access to in-depth education and motivation needed to guide you towards lifetime fitness.

 

Once your session is over, head on over to Energy’s spa side of things. Our facilities also include a steam room and spa featuring a team of talented massage therapists to help you relax and unwind after a rigorous work out.
