KUALA LUMPUR, 21st October 2018 – In honor of Breast Cancer Awarness Month this past October, Energy Spa & Wellness partnered with Breast Cancer Foundation (formerly known as PRIDE) to host The Pink Cause, an event created to inspire our community to join the movement.
The Pink Cause brought together cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers with wellness workers whose missions are to help better the quality of life for those affected by cancer. It featured a yoga session by Energy’s in-house yoga instructor, Filiz Reynolds; an awareness talk by Datin Dr. Ummul Wahly, Medical Director and Consultant O&G of Hospital UMRA; and an introduction to Compassionate Touch Massage by Chandrika P. Choo, a Complementary Therapist for Oncology & Palliative Massage.
