With the recent movements for imminent change of equality and respect, we enter the month of celebrating women, not only of their achievements, but their bravery and strength to be heard, be seen, and be known.

The spa industry is no exception to such celebrations. In a field where women rule, we are constantly reminded of the female might – younglings who want to carve a better life, wives who work 12 hour shifts, mothers who work past dinner time – all to provide for themselves and their families, as well as providing their best effort to their careers.
