Bathing Is Definitely a Ritual You Should Do — Here’s Why

It comes as no surprise that the pandemic has catapulted wellness into the forefront. The wellness trends for 2022 is filled with approaches to boost up our mental, physical, emotional, and even spiritual wellbeing.

One such trend: bathing rituals.
